We are situated at 360 Elgar Rd, Box Hill VIC 3128, near the corner of Standard Avenue, opposite Windsor Crescent. Our entire collection is on site.
Absolutely, we encourage it. Viewing lets you sit in each car and feel its size and comfort, which matters for the bridal gown and the dynamics of the party. Open 7 days a week by appointment: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9 am–7 pm; other weekdays till 6 pm; weekends 9 am–12 pm.
Complete the online booking form (or use the enquiry form on any car page) and we'll hold your selection while we wait for the deposit. A $100 deposit per car secures your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable. Cancellations must be made 30 days before the wedding to avoid forfeiture of full payment.
Fully uniformed chauffeurs, wedding ribbon on the car and lace on the back parcel shelf, red carpet service, champagne glasses, water, umbrellas, and a bottle of Moscato or non-alcoholic apple cider per booking. Chauffeurs will always open and close doors for every passenger.
We don't offer credit facilities. Balance is paid by bank transfer at least 7 days before the wedding (BSB 633 000, Account 3026317; use your name and wedding date as reference), or by cash envelope to your chauffeur on arrival. Additional time on the day is $75 per 15 minutes per car.
Standard packages cover the Melbourne metro area. Travel fees apply outside metro Melbourne, and a surcharge applies on public holidays. All prices include GST and there's a 3-hour minimum hire on Saturdays and Sundays.
Every vehicle is cleaned and prepared before each time it leaves the showroom, and stocked with sanitiser and disinfectant.
