History.
Notable
- ◆ Chassis WYD 77
- ◆ Restored to showroom standard
Originally delivered in Australia and exhibited at Kellow-Falknier’s Melbourne showroom, Bertha passed through five owners across NSW and Victoria.
Acquired by Always Classic Cars in December 1991 in poor condition. The undercarriage, upholstery, and wiring all required complete rebuilding. The team spent months restoring her to a standard worthy of the Silver Wraith name.
Bertha was the first post-war Rolls Royce, and the Silver Wraith represented a fresh start for the company after the disruptions of wartime manufacturing. Chassis WYD 77 is one of the finest examples of that first post-war run.
