Notable
- ◆ Convertible · roof-down ceremonies
- ◆ Restored 1996
Spotted at a second-hand dealership in Ferntree Gully in 1996 in poor condition: scratched paintwork, worn upholstery, a roof that wouldn’t quite line up. After research and tender loving care, Connie was returned to operational glory by late 1996.
Connie is the only open-top car in the fleet, and on a fine Melbourne day she’s unbeatable. Couples who want that wind-in-the-hair, top-down arrival, or who want to wave to their guests from an open car, choose Connie without hesitation.
The Rolls Royce Corniche Convertible is one of the most beautiful cars of the 1960s: long bonnet, short deck, and flowing lines that look best when the roof is down.
